As experienced property managers, we offer many benefits and regard each property as unique and different from any other property. We customize our services to your needs and offer benefits such as established relationships to vendors, handymen, and suppliers.

Property Management Package Includes:

 

  • Collecting and dispersing rent promptly to owners
  • Tenant relations, including rent reminders, rule enforcement, response to complaints, and repair and emergency calls
  • Advertising and marketing of properties
  • Management of all maintenance (actual maintenance work is of a separate cost to the owner)
  • All third-party expenses (receipts & invoices) will be passed along to the owner. No purchase will be made without prior owner approval or agreement

Leasing Services Includes:

 

  • Advertising and marketing of properties
  • Tenant Screening (includes eviction history, credit check, and employment verification)
  • Preparing all necessary lease documentation

Where would you advertise my property? 
In order to save your money and maximize the rental listing exposure, we advertise using online marketing/classified listings. Our web hosting services syndicates our ads to many different websites including Zillow, YouTube, Hotpads.com, Trulia, and Craigslist. 

Do you provide me with a report of activity on my property?
Yes, we email you a monthly report of rent and other income received as well as maintenance, repairs, and other expenses incurred. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your reports. 

Can I choose to disallow pets, smokers, large families, etc.?
Future Property Management complies with the Fair Housing Act. This means that you cannot choose to disallow anyone that is a member of a protected class under the act. You can choose to disallow pets and not permit smoking in your home, but you cannot deny a service animal.
